WIBDirect Corporate is more than just online banking; it is an extension of your accounting system. Increase efficiency in payments and billing, payroll management and bookkeeping.

Account Information

• View balances of all your accounts held at our bank, updated throughout the day.
• Retrieve account statements at the start of each business day.
• Access your transaction history up to 13 months back and download a report in an industry standard format.

Account Transfers

• Transfer funds between your own accounts.

Third Party Payments

• Make local payments in single transactions or batch transactions to any WIB account, other local bank accounts and WIB subsidiaries on the other Dutch Caribbean islands.
• Make international payments using the SWIFT codes provided by WIBDirect Corporate.

File Transmissions

Upload files generated in other software applications, such as payrolls and accounts payable, for processing and payment to beneficiaries with WIB accounts, other local banks or WIB subsidiaries.

Bank Services

SSL EV Certificates

Websites using EV SSL certificates have a unique visual indication in the browser’s URL bar, to help you identify the use of increased security verification measures. For example: Internet Explorer displays a green bar as well as our bank’s name The Windward Islands Bank [SX].

Authentication trough Soft Tokens

Besides a User ID and password, you will be issued a soft token. This is a personalized second factor needed to access the system. Access to WIBDirect Corporate is only possible with your soft token.

Secured Server

WIBDirect Corporate runs on a physical server in a protected environment at the bank. Using a secure Internet connection, you have direct and one-on-one secured access to this server.

Managed Passwords

Each user of WIBDirect Corporate gets his/her own user ID and password, to which the rights of the user are tied. Information of all users is stored on the bank's server. Whenever changes have to be made on a user's rights, this has to be requested to the WIBDirect Corporate Administrator at the bank. This ensures that all users and rights are carefully documented and accounted for.

Segregation of Duties

You can manage a segregation of duties, according to organizational structure of your company. Apply amount limits to both creation and authorization of transactions, at user level.

Activity Log

All transactions are recorded in an activity log, with date, transaction type, amount, confirmation code and user name. You can check at any time which transactions were done by whom.
