Report any Lost or Stolen Credit Cards by calling:

  During non-business hours.

Your credit card will be blocked immediately and a new credit card / money card can be requested.

Before calling, please have the following information at hand:

• Exact name of cardholder as it appears on the card
• Telephone number abroad where the customer can be reached (Cell or Hotel number)
• Card number or checking account number (if available)
• Home address (billing address)
