Payroll service options vary depending on your WIBDirect account (Business or Corporate).

Setup with WIBDirect Corporate

1. You need a Business Account, paired with the WIBDirect Corporate option.

2. Salary accounts need to be opened for all your employees, who will each receive their ATM card. The employees will be able to collect their salary at their own convenience. The business will need to provide for each of their employees:

• A job letter (addressed to The Windward Islands Bank stating the employee's position and salary amount).
• Employee picture ID.
• Employee Completed Salary Application Form.
• Employee Completed Bankomatiko Smart Card Request Form.

Once the business has these prepared for each of their employees, they may visit their nearest branch to open the employees accounts.

3. Contact our Online Banking Representatives for software and demo on uploading your payroll through WIBDirect Corporate. A presentation is given to all employees outlining the importance and benefits of the Salary Payment System.

4. At the end of the pay period, WIBDirect Corporate Clients can log into their online banking and individually transfer the salary to the employee accounts or they may upload their payroll list to WIB (for a fee of ANG 1.06 per transfer) which will occur same day.
Possible Alternative Arrangements: Managing Directors may arrange for the payroll to be completed in excel, signed, scanned and emailed to their Commercial Account Managers. However the processing fee for processing payroll in this manner is ANG 2.65 per employee.
