  • Physical Examination report (if applicable).

Construction All Risks:

  • Identification.
  • Appraisal report.

 

Burglary Insurance:

  • Inventory report.

Travel Insurance:

  • Identification.

Liability Insurance:

  • Identification.

Marine Transport (Shipping Cargo):

  • Identification.
  • Bill of Lading.

Marine Insurance (boats, etc.):

  • Identification.
  • Out of water survey report.
  • Proof of Ownership.
